THE LEXI, REIMAGINED

Some objects change when they enter another person’s imagination.

In the pages of A’LA IMIRAGE Magazine’s The Creative Artist, the MAISON MOTEMA Lexi Bucket Bag in white leather appears in La Femme Bella, photographed by Flaminia Fanale.

Here, the bag is removed from the conventions of how a handbag is usually photographed. Suspended from the heel, overflowing with white flowers, its cylindrical silhouette becomes almost sculptural.

And suddenly, you see the Lexi differently.

Its geometry.

The purity of the leather.

The tension between structure and softness.

This is what we love about editorial: the opportunity for an object we know intimately to be interpreted through another creative language.

Conceived around a deceptively simple cylindrical form, the Lexi has always been an exercise in proportion and construction. In La Femme Bella, those elements are amplified — and the bag becomes part accessory, part still life, part object of design.

The Lexi enters the frame.

MAISON MOTEMA thanks A’LA IMIRAGE Magazine, photographer Flaminia Fanale, stylist Greta Schacht, producer Jaqueline Lunkes, the full creative team, and The Copper Room by Flying Solo for this beautiful interpretation.
