The Cayor Grande is MAISON MOTEMA’s expression of the everyday tote, reimagined in genuine ostrich leather.

Distinguished by its naturally occurring quill pattern, each hide carries a unique texture that cannot be replicated. This is authentic ostrich leather, not embossed or printed cowhide.

Generous in proportion and sculptural in silhouette, the Cayor Grande features a softly structured body, distinctive folded neckline and elongated shoulder handle. At its center, MAISON MOTEMA’s signature sculptural face hardware adds a refined finishing touch.

Your Maison Motema bag is crafted in pure leather, designed to travel with you and age with grace. To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle handling and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your bag.

To preserve its beauty:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or humidity.
  • Keep away from oils, perfumes, and liquids that may stain the leather.
  • When not in use, store in its dust bag, in a cool and dry place, keeping its natural shape.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents.
  • With time, the leather will develop its own patina — a testament to journeys lived and stories carried.
  • Bronze is a living metal: it may deepen with time. Simply polish with a specialist bronze product.
